An update from network rail

A request has been sent to various teams within Network Rail. This will consist of a 14-day property clearance process, as well as a 28-day technical clearance. The property clearance will be completed first.

After both inspections have been completed, we will then have a better idea of any issues or obstacles and concerns raised by Network Rail with regards to safety and structural integrity. The process commenced on 18th May 2022 and is expected to take just under 2 months to complete.

We will be informed when comments and feedback come back from Network Rail.

Network Rail have kindly waivered any fees involved in this process.
