Basic asset protection (BAPA) signed

We have now signed the basic asset protection agreement (BAPA) with Network Rail. This is the contract which officially starts the partnership between ourself and Network Rail in restoring Middleton Towers station.

We will now need to arrange site visits between our group and Network Rail, to establish the opportunities as well as the contraints associated with the site.

After the site visit(s) we will need to submit our data and drawings to Network Rail, such as measurements of items and the process we will follow to carry out work on each stage of the project. We do not expect this to be a long process but one where we will need to submit substantial amounts of detail.
